Repairing your device may result in the loss of user-generated data, including contacts, photos, messages, files, applications, settings and other stored information. Please back up your data before giving us the device.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Guide pricing online does not replace assessment. Final price can change if the exact model, condition, hidden damage, stock or repair path differs from the common issue first described.
Customers should only present devices they own or are authorised to act for.
