We have an easy three-step process that will get your equipment fixed and returned quickly. Just download and complete our mail-in repairs form, and then mail your device. Make sure that you remove SIM card and chargers. We will only need your phone or laptop and you will receive the same highly-skilled repair service that we offer locally.

The Mail-in Repairs Process
Once we receive your shipment, an experienced technician will contact you to explain the diagnosis and give you an estimate of the time and cost required to restore your device. Upon your approval, we will get to work so that you will not have to miss the gadget you love.
All our branch in Perth accepts mobile phone, tablets, and laptops for repairs and service. Please print out the form and mail it to your selected branch.
